Sr Solutions Engineer - CSP (Tokyo) (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide hirify.global product strategies and technical value propositions aligned with customer business needs.
• Build trusted relationships with telecom customers and partners and generate new opportunities.
• Manage opportunities, forecast sales, and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Deliver sales presentations, solution designs, technical demonstrations, and customer-facing consultations.
• Identify decision-makers and advance sales processes through technical validation and support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address opportunity requirements and provide specialist expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 8 years of pre-sales experience in the IT industry.
• Experience proposing, designing, and building solutions for telecom or service-provider customers in Japanese and English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and account management skills.
• Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies, including VNF and CNF.
• Experience with cloud architecture solutions such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and container orchestration solutions such as OpenShift or Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience measuring performance and sizing proposed solutions.
• Web application design and development experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of competing products.
• Relevant certifications, such as CKA.
