Business Analyst (Analytics)

What you will do

• Support the monthly performance cycle by tracking progress against KPIs and targets.
• Generate business insights through data visualization, reports, and dashboards.
• Formulate problem statements and perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Apply analytics tools and technologies to analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Present analytical approaches, results, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple sectors.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in analytical roles.
• A Master’s degree with a substantial quantitative focus, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics, Business Management, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience with data analysis and appropriate analytics techniques.
• Experience with databases, MS Azure, Power BI, Spotfire, and/or Python.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Business acumen, a disciplined and pragmatic working style, and the ability to turn analytical models into business impact.
