Associate Retail Marketing Manager

Location: Singapore. Home station may be shared between the Irvine office and Los Angeles Store based on business needs.

What you will do

• Execute integrated retail marketing campaigns across physical stores and digital channels to drive traffic and sales.
• Translate global product launches and brand initiatives into localized in-store experiences and ensure online-to-offline execution.
• Plan and execute product launches, esports activations, tournaments, meetups, and other community events.
• Manage local influencer and creator activations, including outreach, briefings, store visits, content capture, and performance tracking.
• Build partnerships with colleges, gaming communities, and grassroots organizations to increase store traffic and brand affinity.
• Develop store activation toolkits, SOPs, signage guidelines, execution checklists, staffing plans, and customer experience flows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, or experiential marketing.
• Proven experience executing campaigns, events, or activations end to end.
• Strong project management skills, including coordination of multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Ability to translate strategy into detailed execution.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work from the Singapore location, with the home station potentially shared between the Irvine office and Los Angeles Store according to business needs.
