Financial Systems Manager (SaaS)

Location: Strong preference for candidates located in Austin, Texas, with hybrid work two days per week at the downtown headquarters. Candidates must have existing authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Administer and govern NetSuite, including configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, documentation, and controls.
• Support Zone Billing and manage Workato middleware integrations to maintain reliable data flows across ERP, billing, CPQ, legal, and operational systems.
• Lead full-lifecycle finance systems implementations and integration projects, coordinating internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Monitor data movement, investigate integration failures and discrepancies, and improve data quality, reconciliation, reporting, and revenue workflows.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, agents, and intelligent automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve process reliability.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Engineering, and other teams to standardize scalable finance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, finance operations, or business systems roles.
• Hands-on ERP administration experience; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, system-to-system data flows, data-quality controls, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with Workato or similar integration and automation middleware, plus advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Proven experience building AI-enabled workflows, agents, or intelligent automation solutions for real business processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Zone Billing, Dealhub, or similar business systems.
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
