Service Manager, Existing Network

Location: Camden, New Jersey, United States; hybrid schedule

Salary: $140,200–$192,800 annual base salary

What you will do

• Own enterprise network services and ensure availability, performance, reliability, and customer experience.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, capacity, vulnerability, and service-level management for network services.
• Act as the escalation point for major incidents and ensure root-cause analyses and corrective actions are completed.
• Govern managed service provider delivery and hold vendors accountable to SLAs, KPIs, operational metrics, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate network upgrades, hardware refreshes, service transitions, renewals, and end-of-life replacement planning.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, service desk, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to improve service quality and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience delivering and operating enterprise network services in complex environments.
• Experience with ITSM-based service delivery, ISP or internet circuit operations, vendor management, and operational governance.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change, capacity, and service-level management practices.
• Experience governing managed service providers and strategic vendors.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or highly distributed enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, ISP services, and cloud connectivity.
• Experience with ITSM transformation, service improvement programs, or formal ITIL frameworks.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, vulnerability management, vendor portals, circuit inventory, lifecycle management, and service reporting tools.
