Senior Data Analyst (AI/Snowflake/Streamlit)

Location: Hybrid, Tuesday through Thursday at the office in Reforma, Mexico City

What you will do

• Design, develop, release, monitor, and support production Streamlit applications that turn company and go-to-market requirements into usable data products.
• Design and optimize Snowflake data models, complex SQL queries, and scalable datasets for analytics, applications, and AI-driven products.
• Use AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and modern AI development techniques throughout the application lifecycle.
• Integrate traditional machine learning models, RAG endpoints, and agentic LLM services into reliable, performant user-facing applications.
• Build supporting reports in BI tools such as Power BI when a full application is not required.
• Partner with GTM, sales operations, customer success, data scientists, data engineers, and initiative owners to deliver accurate, high-impact data products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of hands-on data analytics and/or application development experience, or a relevant master’s degree and 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• Advanced Snowflake expertise, including complex SQL and scalable data-model design.
• Expert-level experience building and shipping production Streamlit applications.
• Proficiency using AI tools for development as a required, must-have skill.
• Strong data fluency, Python proficiency, and the ability to integrate model endpoints, RAG, and agentic services into applications.
• GTM domain knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to communicate technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Exposure to MLOps or lightweight model-deployment practices.
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS business models and GTM processes.
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce datasets.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Azure DevOps.
