Equipment Development Engineering Intern, AI

Location: Woodlands, Singapore; onsite equipment development site. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Assist in designing and developing machine learning dashboards for equipment development.
• Build solutions for image and video AI analytics.
• Contribute to the development of a large language model chatbot.
• Fine-tune and optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Help transform data science prototypes into production-ready solutions for automated manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering, computer science, data science, computing in artificial intelligence, or a similar engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of Python, web design, PyTorch, and/or other machine learning frameworks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a self-motivated, positive, and adaptable approach.
• Availability for the full internship period from January to June.

Nice to have

• Experience with data science and AI projects.
• Preliminary skills in image processing and graphics programming.
• Interest in GenAI, SNN, CNN, ResNet, YOLO, LLM, and Agentic AI tools.
