Senior Data Scientist (AI): Designing and delivering production-grade AI projects with customers across industries, using Python, SQL, machine learning, and the Dataiku platform with an accent on end-to-end solution architecture, customer enablement, and business impact. Focus on making architecture trade-offs, integrating data pipelines, deploying models, and guiding customers through adoption and value realization.

What you will do
- Design and co-develop production-grade AI projects with customers across industries and use cases.
- Embed with client data, business, and engineering teams to develop end-to-end solution architectures.
- Design data integrations and pipelines through production deployment.
- Evaluate architecture trade-offs, including platform functions versus custom code and batch versus real-time processing.
- Train users through workshops, office hours, and ongoing consultative support.
- Guide customers and account teams on adoption, value realization, technical scoping, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in advanced analytics and AI, ideally in consulting or customer-facing data science and AI solution engineering.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
- 5 years of experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI and machine learning models.
- Experience owning technical outcomes directly with customers through consulting, professional services, or embedded delivery.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn, teach, and share knowledge.
Nice to have
- Experience with large language models, AI agents, and machine learning applications.
- Data visualization experience with Dash, Streamlit, RShiny, or JavaScript.
- Experience consuming or building APIs, plus data engineering and MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise data science platforms, cloud architectures, Hadoop, or Kubernetes.
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or public speaking.
