What you will do

• Perform semiconductor device testing and collect data across multiple characterization platforms.
• Develop scripts for data processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Prepare and clean datasets for machine learning workflows.
• Train, validate, and iteratively refine deep learning models for device performance prediction.
• Apply inverse design techniques to generate optimal device design parameters.
• Develop additional PCB hardware when required and validate the setup through device characterization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Interest in semiconductor device characterization, data engineering, and machine learning model development.
• Ability to work with experimental data and develop technical scripts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, C, or C++.
