MS Dynamics Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM or Finance & Operations solutions.
• Build custom modules, plugins, workflows, extensions, business rules, forms, dashboards, and data entities.
• Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, including Power BI integrations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP, HRIS, finance, and other enterprise systems through REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, middleware, and custom connectors.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, optimize performance and security roles, and support upgrades and version transitions.
• Conduct unit testing, support UAT, participate in Azure DevOps CI/CD deployments, and provide post-deployment troubleshooting and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM or Finance & Operations.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics SDK, and plugin development.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure services integration, REST APIs, data migration, and integration tools.
• Knowledge of Dynamics security roles, data governance, SQL Server, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or D365 Developer Associate certification.
• Experience with ERP implementations, digital transformation, consulting, or multi-client environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA compliance frameworks where applicable.
