Sales Commercial Producer (Video Production)

Location: Washington, District of Columbia, United States; must be willing to work in Washington D.C., including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: USD 70,000–90,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales, Community, News, and Brand Marketing teams to identify client and audience needs.
• Develop and pitch creative concepts to clients.
• Write commercial and promotional copy in English and Spanish.
• Produce multi-platform content and graphics supporting sales and brand objectives.
• Direct videographers, editors, graphic designers, and talent throughout the production process.
• Write, produce, shoot, and edit video and graphic content for NBC4 and Telemundo 44 brands, franchises, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• At least 4 years of commercial production experience, including writing, producing, and directing production personnel and talent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on non-linear editing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working with digital video cameras.
• Strong knowledge and working understanding of production and post-production techniques, equipment, and facilities.
• Must be willing to work in Washington D.C.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Creative thinking and a self-starting approach.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Digital video experience and strong copywriting skills.
