Software Developer (Cloud/DevSecOps)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance are required.

What you will do

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Translate project requirements into software solutions in collaboration with other team members.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies throughout software development.
• Review software design, code, and tests to ensure application quality and functionality.
• Resolve technical issues and defects while meeting quality, security, and extensibility requirements.
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for software design and code.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop methodologies and present solutions for complex assignments with appreciable latitude.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance or suitability determination.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Certified ScrumMaster, or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience with cloud environments including AWS GovCloud or Azure Government.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience contributing to deliverables and performance metrics on a federal contract.
• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Power Platform.
