Data Scientist (AI Operations)

Location: hirify.global office in Pune, India; onsite attendance may be required during the recruitment process

What you will do

• Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot production AI and GenAI applications.
• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve production defects, performance issues, and data-related problems.
• Support customer onboarding and implementation on existing AI platforms.
• Assist with developing, testing, validating, and monitoring machine learning and GenAI solutions.
• Participate in release planning, deployment, post-release monitoring, automation, and operational reliability initiatives.
• Contribute to AI governance, audits, compliance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in data science or a related field.
• Strong Python proficiency for AI and machine learning application development and support.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of machine learning model development, evaluation, maintenance, validation, and performance testing.
• SQL and data analysis skills for diagnosing and troubleshooting data issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills for working with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
