Salary: Base $200,000 - $230,000 + 15% Bonus

What you will do

• Design and debug high-impact data pipelines connecting CRM, billing, and internal platforms to Snowflake.
• Define and own the long-term data strategy and architecture across a multi-year horizon.
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary data organization (5+ people) including Data, ML, and Analytics.
• Establish technical standards for pipeline design, data modeling, and data quality.
• Collaborate with the CPTO to translate business strategy into data contracts and platform investments.
• Champion AI and LLM enablement by building a trusted data foundation for AI agents.

Requirements

• 8+ years in data or software engineering, with 4+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary data organization of 5+ people.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, including MDM fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.
• Direct experience in setting AI/LLM enablement strategy and using LLM tooling.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents using LLMs (tool use, retrieval, and orchestration).
• Backend engineering background, particularly in JS/TS.
• Knowledge of ML and MLOps for supporting ML Engineering Leads.
• Experience with Salesforce, Stripe, Gong, or reverse ETL (Polytomic).
