What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle from ideation and design through delivery and production support.
• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, high-performing solutions across the technology stack.
• Develop clean, maintainable, well-tested code using modern engineering and automated testing practices.
• Drive quality, engineering standards, continuous improvement, Agile, Continuous Delivery, and security-by-design practices.
• Mentor and coach engineers while fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, ownership, and professional growth.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience, including technical leadership of large-scale applications and projects.
• Strong software engineering experience with modern web development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web components, responsive design, user experience, and accessibility.
• Deep understanding of automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps, source control, and Agile ways of working.
• Experience designing and delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions across the full technology stack.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, mentor, and work effectively in complex environments.
• A continuous learning mindset demonstrated through community involvement, knowledge sharing, innovation, and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
