Senior Full Stack Engineer - Grow (AI)

What you will do

• Build analytics surfaces, including the Insights page and AI-powered insights chat, that help creators understand their audiences.
• Own the end-to-end metric lifecycle across client instrumentation, event ingestion, aggregation, GraphQL APIs, and user interfaces.
• Extend integrations with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram to bring performance data into hirify.global.
• Partner with product, design, and data to define valuable measurements and create prioritized technical plans.
• Maintain data trust through attribution, data quality, plan-tier entitlements, and issue-detection checks.
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability while mentoring peers and applying AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally including work on a product, analytics, or data-facing team.
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL or MySQL, and AWS, with the ability to ship features across layers.
• Experience with SQL, data modelling, event schemas, and data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs and third-party services, ideally including social or platform APIs.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar, including prompting, validation, and refinement.
• Product judgment about what is worth measuring and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with product, design, and data partners across Melbourne, Sydney, and other time zones.
