Applied AI Intern

What you will do

• Evaluate and benchmark vision, multimodal, generative, and agentic AI approaches for gaming use cases using curated datasets.
• Build, maintain, and optimize workflows measuring model quality, reasoning accuracy, reliability, and agent performance.
• Experiment with emerging AI models and frameworks, perform error analysis, and investigate edge cases across perception, reasoning, and agent execution.
• Develop reusable benchmarking utilities, evaluation tools, and prototypes to support technical validation and product development.
• Document findings, limitations, and failure modes and translate them into recommendations for feature development.
• Research emerging AI technologies and collaborate with AI, software engineering, and product teams on adoption opportunities.

Requirements

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, benchmarking, experimental design, and evaluation metrics.
• Exposure to computer vision, multimodal AI, generative AI, or agentic AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and critical evaluation skills for investigating contextual AI failure modes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice to have

• Backend application development experience with Node or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
