VP of Product Experience (AI)

Location: San Jose, United States

Annual base pay: $311,000–$466,600, plus potential incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategic UX/UI vision across hirify.global platform products and align design strategy with business objectives.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams of UX designers, researchers, product designers, and AI specialists.
• Partner with product management, engineering, AI development, marketing, and data analytics teams.
• Design AI-enabled features and interactions that improve accessibility, personalization, predictive workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end design execution and build a unified design system for scalable product development.
• Measure impact through NPS, adoption, retention, and customer success outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of UX/UI design experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in platform product design and embedding AI capabilities into products and user workflows.
• Experience establishing strategic design visions, integrating AI technologies, and delivering business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of modern design principles, design tools, frameworks, design systems, user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience scaling and mentoring global design teams and balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related technology industries.
• Experience with lean and agile product development environments.
• Familiarity with Figma, InVision, or similar design platforms.
• Exposure to AI tools, machine learning workflows, and predictive analytics platforms.
