What you will do

• Perform basic and complex bio-methods for preclinical studies according to study requirements.
• Handle animals and work in both in vitro and in vivo laboratory environments.
• Enter accurate data into laboratory IT systems and databases and maintain protocol documentation.
• Train to proficiency on established procedures and participate in developing new procedures.
• Maintain laboratory sanitation, consumables, reagents, and equipment calibration, validation, and monitoring.
• Support study timelines, identify quality gaps, mentor colleagues, and communicate issues effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience required; 4 years preferred.
• Experience performing a wide range of animal bio-methods and complex procedures.
• Experience operating laboratory equipment and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible evening, weekend, holiday, and overtime shifts.
