TL;DR
Accounting Intern (AR) (Finance/Accounts Receivable): Auditing and analyzing financial data, supporting customer claims and reconciliations, and assisting with accounting projects with an accent on international finance, customer communication, and detailed data work. Focus on reconciling accounts, analyzing disputes, and using advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, macros, formulas, and VLOOKUP.
Location: Onsite in Teparuk, Thailand. Travel: None.
Company
operates the Teparuk manufacturing site, producing nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.
What you will do
- Audit and analyze accounting data.
- Support internal and external customers with claims and related questions.
- Maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with customers to clarify issues and resolve disputes on time.
- Work with customer reconciliations.
- Follow detailed instructions for new departmental projects and assignments.
Requirements
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Interest in working with numbers and data.
- Good technical skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in an international team.
- Knowledge of an international finance environment.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, formulas, and VLOOKUP.
