TL;DR
Accounting Intern (AR) (Finance/Excel): Auditing and analyzing accounts receivable data, supporting customer claims and reconciliations, and assisting with finance projects with an accent on data accuracy, customer communication, and international finance operations. Focus on resolving customer disputes, maintaining reconciliations, and applying advanced Excel tools such as pivot tables, macros, formulas, and VLOOKUP.
Location: Teparuk, Thailand; onsite role
Company
Technology operates a Teparuk manufacturing site producing nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.
What you will do
- Audit and analyze accounts receivable data.
- Assist internal and external customers with claims and related matters.
- Communicate with customers to clarify issues and resolve disputes on time.
- Work with customer reconciliations.
- Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete detailed instructions for new department projects and assignments.
Requirements
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Enjoy working with numbers and data.
- Good technical skills and the ability to work as part of an international team.
- Knowledge of an international finance environment.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, formulas, and VLOOKUP.
