Principal Backend Development Engineer (C++)

What you will do

• Design and develop backend systems for the trading core platform.
• Maintain, upgrade, and optimize systems for high concurrency, stability, and low latency.
• Analyze technical challenges and propose feasible solutions for business and platform needs.
• Write relevant technical documentation and participate in business design.
• Research and apply emerging technologies to shape the platform's future architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• Strong C++ skills and familiarity with Folly, Boost, and other open-source libraries.
• Experience with NoSQL caches, message queues, and search engines such as Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
• Strong system analysis and design, code refactoring, and large-scale architecture experience.
• Knowledge of distributed systems designed for high traffic, high concurrency, and high performance.

Nice to have

• Experience studying open-source component source code.
• Experience with performance tuning, full-stack systems, trading system construction, or memory system construction.
