Senior Product Manager, Subscriptions (Gaming)

Salary: $154,800–$232,200 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Develop product strategy for hirify.global Plus membership acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
• Lead the conceptualization, experimentation, development, and delivery of new subscription and commerce features.
• Use data and analytics to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams on goals, metrics, and customer use cases.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, experimentation plans, and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning and contribute to personalization and customer lifecycle strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional implementations involving multiple partners.
• Track record of improving conversion funnels, retention, and monetization.
• Experience working with Data and Engineering teams to deliver reusable capabilities at scale.
• Strong communication, product judgment, technical discussion, and experimentation skills.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, streaming, e-commerce, or other high-scale B2C platforms.
• Background in personalization, gaming monetization, or customer lifecycle management.
