Senior Product Manager, Content Sharing (UGC)

Location: San Mateo, California, United States. Office-based roles are onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

Salary: $229,010–$280,540 USD annual base pay, plus eligibility for equity compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for Creation Tools that help users generate, edit, and share content.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives spanning Creation Tools, Consumption Experience, Creator Rewards, and Platform Monetization.
• Own complex product bets, including problem definition, success metrics, roadmaps, launches, and iteration.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Creator Relations to deliver reliable creation experiences.
• Mentor product managers and improve product discovery, strategy documentation, PRDs, and experiment design.
• Represent Creation Tools in senior forums and drive alignment through clear narratives and data-informed reviews.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, including substantial work with creator tools, user-generated content, social, or gaming products.
• Experience setting strategy for major product areas, leading cross-organizational initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical depth and experience with complex user interfaces, creation workflows, rendering, or content management systems.
• Track record of shipping and scaling tools for diverse users, including players, influencers, and developers.
• Expert written and verbal communication skills, with strong data-informed decision-making and alignment-building abilities.
