Manufacturing Specialist I

Location: Woodlands, Singapore, W2. Onsite manufacturing role; no travel required.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and maintain automatic and semi-automatic production machines.
• Assemble components and perform basic electrical tasks while meeting quality standards.
• Carry out production, fabrication, testing, training, and machine or tool-making activities.
• Label, pack, and palletize parts, boxes, and pallets.
• Handle and shift parts and equipment using lifting equipment.
• Follow production instructions and collaborate with the team to meet timelines, quality, and cost targets.

Requirements

• Some manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Basic English is required.
• Ability to carry work items weighing up to 3 kg.
• Ability to stand for 2 to 4 hours.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Adaptability and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Nice to have

• Experience using a microscope.

Culture & Benefits

• 3-2-2-3 rotating shift pattern: work 3 days, rest 2 days, work 2 days, rest 3 days.
• Day shift: 7:30am–7:45pm; night shift: 7:30pm–7:45am.
• Meal and rest breaks: 45 minutes and 30 minutes.
