Substation Master Data Integrity Advisor (SAP)

Location: Pomona, California, US; hybrid work with required residence in California

Salary: $129,200–$193,700 annually

What you will do

• Lead programs, continuous-improvement initiatives, and data-governance activities for substation master data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical queries.
• Analyze large datasets related to substation package intake and processing to identify trends and generate insights.
• Develop workflows that improve productivity, reduce system-failure risk, and support operational performance targets.
• Update technical manuals and contribute to technical delivery policies, standards, templates, product design, and upgrades.
• Lead major cross-functional projects, perform in-depth analysis, and develop recommendations for complex operational issues.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience providing technical support.
• Experience defining data requirements and building analytical queries.
• Valid Class C driver’s license.
• Experience with substation or high-voltage equipment asset data, maintenance plans, work orders, or repair notifications.
• Experience with SAP asset data, Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, scripting, or data-visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Must work and reside in California unless otherwise noted; relocation does not apply.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience with SAS Analytics and Programming.
• Lean Six Sigma or process-improvement training and experience.
• Ability to build relationships with office-based and field-based colleagues.
