Relationship Manager III-C&IB (F) (Healthcare)

Location: In-office role based in Philadelphia, PA, East Brunswick, NJ, Little Falls, NJ, or Cherry Hill, NJ

Base salary: $146,300.00–$296,400.00 per year, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities for new and existing corporate healthcare clients.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to grow revenue and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Evaluate and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Provide financial insights and present hirify.global's full range of products and services to clients.
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests while mentoring other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with advanced credit analysis, financial analysis, financial modeling, relationship management, and client prospecting.
• Healthcare experience, formal credit training, and experience with middle-market clients with $100 million or more in revenue are preferred.
• Relevant securities licenses may be required within 180 days of employment, depending on the finance area.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
