Senior Solutions Architect, USG (Aerospace)

Location: Remote in the United States, Washington, District of Columbia. The position involves access to export-controlled information and requires eligibility under U.S. ITAR/EAR regulations.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Design and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements for the Spacetime platform.
• Partner with sales teams on solution architectures, technical proposals, and implementation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance during pre-sales engagements, customer pilots, and technical validation processes.
• Create customer-facing technical content, including reference architectures and solution briefs.
• Share market feedback with product teams and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance.
• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, networking principles, and modern software architectures.
• Technical foundation in satellite and wireless communications, spectrum management, or network orchestration.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and a track record of successful technical sales engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or satellite communications.
• Familiarity with software-defined networking and network orchestration platforms.
• Experience with proposal development, technical writing, or government and defense contracting.
