Senior Salesforce QA Tester (Service Cloud & Azure DevOps)

What you will do

• Design, write, execute, and maintain test plans, test suites, test scripts, and test cases in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and development teams to define testing requirements and coverage.
• Perform regression testing for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Validate REST, SOAP, and Bulk API integrations using tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• Document and manage defects through resolution while maintaining traceability between requirements, tests, and results.
• Support test automation initiatives, recommend framework improvements, and contribute to knowledge transfer and training.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce QA or testing experience, including 4+ years testing Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 4+ years of experience with Azure DevOps Test Suite and maintaining test plans, suites, and scripts.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, sandboxes, flows, Lightning, Apex, and AppExchange packages.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, QA best practices, regression testing, and impact analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of NICE CXone or other CCaaS testing experience.
• Experience with SQL and Selenium or another test automation tool.
• Experience supporting government or public health processes and guidelines.
