Senior Klaviyo Consultant / Solutions Architect (Klaviyo)

Location: United States — fully remote; international hiring is not currently available

Pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience; hourly ad-hoc support may continue after the initial project.

What you will do

• Audit and rebuild list and signup-form architecture, including migration from list-based opt-ins to interest-based profile properties where appropriate.
• Review segmentation health and consolidate overlapping segments into a documented structure.
• Establish deliverability and list-hygiene foundations covering domain authentication, sender reputation, suppression logic, bounce and complaint handling, and sunset policies.
• Audit live flows, correct broken or conflicting triggers, filters, exit logic, and other technical settings.
• Rebuild revenue attribution and tracking, review connected marketing-tool integrations, and create platform reporting and dashboards.
• Establish governance standards, documentation, checklists, and workflows; train the internal team and provide ad-hoc support after the initial engagement.

Requirements

• Current Klaviyo expertise across architecture, flows, segmentation, and integrations.
• Demonstrated experience auditing and rebuilding large-scale Klaviyo accounts and executing changes directly in the platform.
• High proficiency in email deliverability, including authentication, list hygiene, suppression, and reputation management.
• Experience with attribution and tracking setup, reporting and dashboard development, documentation, governance, and internal-team training.
• Must be based in the United States; international applicants are not currently being hired.
• Reliable high-speed internet and an up-to-date Mac or Windows computer with antivirus protection; comfort with Microsoft Office tools is required.

Nice to have

• Deep Shopify integration experience and DTC ecommerce background.
• SMS/RCS familiarity.
