Global Cash & Treasury Operations Manager

Location: Mountain View, California or San Francisco, California

Salary: $169,100–$232,550 USD annually for Zone 1, plus potential annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, global entity cash reporting, intercompany funding, FX settlements, and strategic investments.
• Manage internal and external fixed income portfolios, including trading execution, yield optimization, month-end close activities, SOX compliance, GAAP disclosures, and interest forecasts.
• Redesign treasury workflows and infrastructure using AI, ticketing tools, ERP integrations, and automated bank connectivity.
• Develop and enforce global policies covering cash, investments, and counterparty exposure limits.
• Manage global banking partnerships, fee structures, service reviews, letters of credit, and bank allocation.
• Lead treasury integration for M&A and legal entity expansion while partnering with AP, AR, Payroll, Procurement, Legal, Tax, and IT.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated cash management experience in a fast-scaling technology company or a multi-entity, multicurrency enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of global banking and payment systems, with experience managing corporate fixed income portfolios and navigating financial markets.
• Proficiency with treasury infrastructure and systems such as Clearwater, ChathamDirect, FXAll, SAP, NetSuite, ERP platforms, and treasury data lakes.
• Hands-on experience using AI platforms such as Genie One or Gemini to automate workflows and improve reporting.
• Demonstrated cross-functional partner management, operational problem-solving, documentation, and ownership of global outcomes.
• Work location: Mountain View or San Francisco, California.
