Learning Ecosystem Development Manager (SaaS)

Location: Ontario, Canada — Remote

Salary: CAD 75,000–110,000 annual base salary; offers may exceed this range and may include bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Identify and qualify strategic learning opportunities across hirify.global.
• Build relationships with teams creating learning content, experiences, and customer enablement.
• Connect internal initiatives and learning experiences with the broader Customer Learning ecosystem.
• Develop and support cross-functional learning initiatives, pilots, and shared learning models such as self-serve publishing.
• Translate hirify.global strategy and emerging business priorities into actionable opportunities for learning architecture, experience design, platform, and content teams.
• Map the internal learning ecosystem to identify gaps, duplication, emerging needs, and opportunities for stronger partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ecosystem development, strategic programs, customer education, business development, program strategy, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across organizations.
• Experience identifying and developing opportunities based on business, customer, or organizational needs.
• Ability to translate strategy and emerging priorities into actionable programs and recommendations.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create structure and drive progress in ambiguous or emerging areas.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, technology, customer learning, learning platforms, content strategy, or digital learning ecosystems.
