Product Manager Digital (eCommerce)

Location: Headquarters - Katy, Texas, United States; regular attendance required

What you will do

• Own the digital product roadmap for Academy.com and related omnichannel experiences.
• Define, design, and drive digital features and functionality from discovery through launch.
• Benchmark and monitor KPIs, build business cases, prioritize opportunities, and report on product performance.
• Partner with UX, engineering, marketing, quality assurance, user acceptance testers, and business stakeholders.
• Write user stories, maintain a prioritized backlog, and coordinate continuous delivery with delivery partners.
• Evaluate vendors and solution offerings, identify mobile platform opportunities, and convert successful tests into customer-facing features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–6+ years of digital product management experience, preferably in omnichannel, eCommerce, order management, or digital products.
• 3–6+ years of product development experience for consumer-facing websites, order management, or digital products, with a record of launching features.
• Experience with Agile methodology, data analytics tools, and strong project management practices.
• Strong technical understanding, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Regular attendance and adherence to company work hours, policies, procedures, and professional conduct rules are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA or similar product management tools.
