Data Analysis - Enterprise Reporting Manager (Analytics): Building scalable enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations that turn complex datasets into actionable business insights with an accent on SQL, Python, Tableau, and stakeholder communication. Focus on leading analysts, developing data storytelling capabilities, influencing executive decisions, and solving complex business questions through statistical and quantitative analysis.
Location: Plano, Texas, at Headquarters; onsite 2–3 days per week. Must have the right to work in the United States and must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Lead analytical initiatives and proactively identify insights through data exploration.
- Lead, guide, mentor, and develop analysts in data interpretation, analysis, and data storytelling.
- Build dashboards, reports, presentations, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and related tools.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to clarify business needs and recommend data-driven actions.
- Use coding, quantitative analysis, and statistical methods to uncover insights and assess potential business impacts.
- Develop subject-matter expertise across business areas including sales, marketing, servicing, insurance, risk, technology, legal, finance, and treasury.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or analytical field such as business analytics, information science, finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, marketing, consumer insights, or a related STEM discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience leading analytical teams or large initiatives with indirect leadership responsibility.
- Experience developing, training, and motivating analysts.
- Strong SQL skills; some analytics teams also use Python. Coding testing will be conducted during the interview process.
- Experience with quantitative problem-solving, basic statistics, strategic recommendations, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- MBA or master’s degree in an analytical field.
- Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, modeling, or analytics projects.
- Experience in auto financing, consumer lending, or financial services.
