Salary: $201,000 - $275,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop and lead risk management frameworks for North American reinsurance legal entities.
- Oversee risk for Reinsurance Company (Delaware) and the Mt. Logan 3rd party capital platform.
- Identify emerging key risks and maintain alignment with the Group-wide ERM Framework.
- Manage risk reviews for large, complex transactions, including retrocession, ADC/LPT, and M&A.
- Lead annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) reporting and support regulatory inquiries.
- Promote a strong risk culture and ensure regulatory compliance across the Global Reinsurance Division.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in reinsurance, with a significant portion in Risk Management.
- Comprehensive experience in 2nd line control functions and risk governance.
- Deep knowledge of operational and financial risks within a global reinsurer.
- Strong technical underwriting knowledge of international P&C business, including financial lines.
- Detailed experience with capital markets re/insurance activities and complex transactions.
- Proven effectiveness in senior executive stakeholder management and communication.
