Senior Analog Designer (CMOS/BiCMOS)

Annual pay range: $114,000–$182,000

What you will do

• Design advanced high-speed analog circuits in deep-submicron CMOS and BiCMOS technologies.
• Develop electrical interface-facing ADC-based SERDES solutions for 224G and 448G.
• Design analog front ends, CTLE, FFE, track-and-hold circuits, time-interleaved ADCs, clock generation and distribution, phase interpolators, DACs, serializers, LDOs, OTAs, and bandgaps.
• Collaborate with layout team members to deliver complete GDSII solutions for integration.
• Characterize test chips and product implementations in a laboratory with the Analog Macro Integration team.
• Share technical updates and insights with the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in analog circuit design.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional experience designing in advanced BiCMOS and/or CMOS technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to technical challenges.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Calibre, Synopsys STAR-RC, and MMSIM.

Nice to have

• Experience with 2.5D or 3D electromagnetic tools such as HFSS or EMX.
• Familiarity with mixed-signal design validation using advanced probing and test equipment.
