Account Manager, Client Success (Local)

Location: Remote-optional within the United States; Charlotte, NC preferred

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Monitor incoming Marketplace submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with hirify.global standards.
• Review, edit, and publish listings on Marketplace boards and in the Charlotte newsletter.
• Manage client communication, campaign updates, execution, and post-campaign performance reporting.
• Promote the semi-service advertising model to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Editorial teams to improve processes and the client and reader experience.
• Track listings, promotions, and communications while analyzing performance trends and recommending optimizations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in client success, account management, or marketing; media or digital advertising experience is preferred.
• Experience with community management or social programs.
• Experience in business development or account management.
• Digital marketing, social execution, and copywriting experience.
• Customer-centric, data-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
