Trading Operations Associate - America (Crypto)

Location: Remote; America-focused role

What you will do

• Monitor customer activity and cryptocurrency trade execution, including exceptions.
• Perform daily trading operations and cash management tasks.
• Manage cryptocurrency inventory accounts and review general ledger accounts.
• Identify and reconcile account discrepancies and perform data analysis.
• Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program and investigations into suspected suspicious activity.
• Improve workflows, policies, and tools while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in broker-dealer, financial services, or cryptocurrency operations.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace products and Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency wallets and trading.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
