Commercial Lines Account Executive (Insurance)

What you will do

• Manage retention and growth for an assigned book of commercial lines business.
• Build relationships with clients, prospects, carrier partners, and teammates.
• Lead renewal processes and support account rounding, referrals, marketing, and sales activities.
• Oversee certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, policies, and endorsements.
• Identify coverage gaps and advise clients on options for complex coverage needs.
• Review and document compliance, disclosure, policy, endorsement, and certificate requirements.

Requirements

• Texas General Agents license required.
• At least 4 years of service or retail general agency experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience with AMS 360 and ImageRight.
