Arizona-Licensed Therapist (Behavioral Health)

Location: Remote; Arizona state residency required

Compensation: $50 per hour, paid monthly via invoice

hirify.global is building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic with a technology-enabled clinical model, with plans to expand into other chronic conditions such as asthma, allergies, and obesity.

What you will do

• Support the launch of behavioral health services in Arizona.
• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes.
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation.
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations.
• Participate in meetings and user research interviews focused on the Arizona healthcare landscape.
• Identify pediatric key opinion leaders and facilitate introductions where appropriate.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Arizona state residency required.
• Eligibility for credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements.
• Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred.
