Contracts Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support proposal preparation, contract acquisition, negotiations, administration, and customer communications.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and contract modifications.
• Advise senior management and program teams on contractual and business issues.
• Research compliance matters, interpret regulations, identify risks, and formulate recommendations.
• Act as the primary customer interface during proposals, negotiations, and contract performance.
• Govern program execution against contract terms, scope, schedules, and deliverables.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. security clearance available on the first day of employment are required.
• TS/SCI with SSBI clearance is required.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Sterling, Virginia.
• At least 8 years of experience in contract management, negotiations, or a related field; an advanced degree may qualify with at least 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of cost reimbursement, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, NDA, SOW, teaming, and commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations, prime contractor flow-down provisions, contract cost structures, competitive procurements, and complex proposal preparation.
