Senior Solidity Engineer (Web3)

Location: Fully remote, working primarily across CET hours

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 base, plus equity and bonus

An emerging stealth prediction markets company is building a production-grade platform combining AI, real-time data, and on-chain infrastructure.

What you will do

• Build the protocol and core Solidity contracts from the ground up.
• Develop market creation, trading mechanisms, collateral management, and outcome resolution functionality.
• Establish testing and smart contract security standards for the growing engineering team.
• Make protocol architecture decisions and communicate technical trade-offs clearly.
• Work directly with the founders with significant technical autonomy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Solidity experience with contracts handling real user funds.
• Strong knowledge of the EVM and smart contract security, including reentrancy, MEV, oracle manipulation, and access control.
• Strong testing experience with Foundry or Hardhat, including fuzzing and invariant testing.
• Ability to work autonomously, make technical decisions, and communicate trade-offs clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with AMMs, order books, prediction markets, oracles, or related protocol mechanisms.
