Treasury Project Manager (Corporate Treasury)

What you will do

• Analyze investment, foreign exchange, counterparty, liquidity, and interest rate risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Develop mid-term cash forecasts for budgeting, reforecasting, liquidity management, funding decisions, and investment planning.
• Analyze float, uninvested cash, idle balances, and excess cash to improve utilization and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Group treasury policies, Golden Rules, internal controls, and approved risk limits.
• Build treasury reports, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support materials for senior management and governance forums.
• Coordinate with country finance teams and stakeholders to improve treasury processes, systems, reporting, and forecasting tools.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance.
• At least 10 years of experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
• Experience with cash forecast tools and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of FX markets, investment strategies, interest rate risk management, and treasury compliance frameworks.
• Fluent English and French required.
