Bilingual Continuous Improvement & Training Lead

What you will do

• Lead training and continuous improvement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, retention, engagement, and development across logistics functions.
• Support new-hire orientation and safety training in partnership with the Continuous Improvement and Training Manager and Director of Safety.
• Lead onboarding presentations, distribution center tours, and other first-day experiences for new hires.
• Support the rollout of hirify.global Logistics Vision, Values, and Belief programs and ongoing employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to global Continuous Improvement Team initiatives related to culture, policies, customer service, and fiscal performance.

Requirements

• Leadership, problem-solving, people skills, and cross-functional team experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive leadership experience in logistics.
• Fluent English and Spanish with professional working proficiency.
• Experience developing training, education, people development, or leadership projects.
• Strong training, presentation, planning, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as ERP systems.
