What you will do

• Define and drive the overarching quality engineering strategy across the platform.
• Coach engineering teams to embed quality thinking and ownership into their daily workflows.
• Design and implement key quality metrics to measure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate on safe shipping practices, including feature flags and canary deployments.
• Foster a high-quality culture through documentation, internal talks, and working groups.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in QA/Quality Engineering, with recent experience at a senior or lead level.
• Proven track record of testing distributed cloud infrastructure at scale using AWS.
• Deep expertise in test automation frameworks like Playwright or Cypress, API testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of software delivery patterns (staged rollouts, feature flags).
• Must be based in the UK or Ireland and have the right to work without sponsorship.
