Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States; ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary.

What you will do

• Advise CIO, CTO, CDO, CRO, business, product, and technology stakeholders as a senior technical partner.
• Lead Data & AI discovery and translate ambiguous business problems into measurable, production-ready solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures across data platforms, analytics, machine learning, GenAI, applications, APIs, governance, and integrations.
• Lead forecasting and predictive-modeling work, including feature design, model selection, tuning, validation, and metric definition.
• Run architecture and solution-design workshops, executive readouts, proposals, estimates, and technical solution shaping.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary Data Science, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Software Engineering, and Architecture teams while supporting client delivery and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applied forecasting and data-domain experience, including at least two comparable engagements from discovery through production and handover.
• Expertise in multivariable regression, collinearity analysis, VIF interpretation, model tuning, holdout validation, sparse and zero-inflated datasets, data leakage, and point-in-time feature correctness.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, reproducible analytical workflows and notebooks, Git, and pull-request-based software delivery experience.
• Strong Data Architecture and Solution Architecture capabilities across ingestion, transformation, modeling, security, governance, APIs, cloud, and production operations.
• Strong understanding of ML, GenAI/LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and modern enterprise AI patterns.
• Proven executive communication, client consulting, workshop leadership, commercial judgment, and ability to explain methodology, limitations, uncertainty, and risk in business language.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports, media, entertainment, streaming, ticketing, subscriptions, sponsorship, advertising, telecom, or commercial and revenue analytics.
• Hierarchical or mixed-effects modeling, ADRs, large-scale categorical encoding, MLOps, governance, and responsible AI experience.
• Strong Snowflake and Snowflake ML or Model Registry experience.
• 10–12+ years of overall experience in Data, Analytics, AI, Architecture, or related technology.
