Enterprise Applications Systems Administrator

What you will do

• Administer and support Deltek Costpoint and related enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and user access requests, escalating complex problems when needed.
• Monitor application health, scheduled jobs, interfaces, and automated data processes.
• Assist with root cause analysis across application, database, and infrastructure environments.
• Support upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and system testing.
• Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and user provisioning records while following security, audit, and change-management requirements.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, application support, or a related technical role.
• Experience supporting business applications, enterprise software, or IT systems in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of application support, systems administration, or enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, or system integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint or other ERP applications.
• Familiarity with Deltek Cobra, Cognos, Oracle EPM, Oracle APEX, RFgen, or UiPath.
• Exposure to software upgrades, testing, or release activities.
• Experience in government contracting or another regulated environment.
