What you will do

• Create and maintain work descriptions for manufacturing operations.
• Analyze operational deviations, identify corrective actions, and review reports for trends and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a subleader in improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional operational projects.
• Create and validate SAP routings and process changes.
• Support onboarding and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge related to industrial engineering, process engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to analyze operational deviations and reports and identify corrective actions.
• Ability to create and validate SAP routings and process changes.
• Ability to contribute to improvement initiatives and cross-functional operations.
