Enrollment Specialist

Location: Remote - Ohio

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Process life insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
• Review applications for completeness and request missing information.
• Verify customer data through internal systems and direct customer communication.
• Assess applications against basic underwriting requirements and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Prepare member insurance notices, policy correspondence, and coverage materials.
• Enter application data into multiple systems and collaborate with internal teams on enrollment policy compliance.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight service-level agreements.

• Experience with CRM systems and database management.
