E&C PM Staff/Sr/ III - Maint Cap - East (Oil and Gas)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work is available for most office roles. Travel of up to 50% is required.

What you will do

• Lead complex maintenance capital projects and coordinate internal and external business partners.
• Establish project teams and coordinate technical functions throughout the project life cycle.
• Develop project reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Present and implement engineering and operational recommendations that improve reliability and reduce project risks.
• Prepare, review, and approve requests for proposals, evaluations, and contractor selections.
• Lead project teams and contractors while meeting quality standards, objectives, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of experience in oil and gas engineering or project management.
• Extensive experience with facility construction or operations in the oil and gas industry.
• Solid understanding of PLC and Stage-Gate processes.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with safety as the highest priority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and PC tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Master’s degree in business, project management, or engineering management.
• PMP, PE, or Microsoft Specialist Project certification.
